Terms of service

By contacting me for a commission you are agreeing to these terms and will be held responsible for breaking them.I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any repost of my work.MAJOR CHANGES will only be allowed during the sketch phase.MINOR CHANGES: Changing hair elements / small details / eye/mouth positioning / colors / etc.
MAJOR CHANGES: Changing the pose / outfit / hairstyle / etc.Any changes made after the artwork is delivered will be charged. The fee will be discussed in private according to the need.
Not all commission services will allow for revision.Visual character reference is required or there will be an additional design charge.COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use of my work will come with a percentage fee discussed in private.Commercial use allowed: advertisements; professional streaming accounts; promotion of professional social media accounts.
DO NOT USE FOR: NFTs/crypto purposes; books (without prior discussion); apps; AI training.Unauthorised use of my work for commercial purposes will have you blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.Do not trace or heavily reference my work without permission.
Do not remove watermarks from my work.
I am free to use the commissioned work to promote myself unless specifically stated otherwise by the client.I reserve the right to decline a commission without stating reason._{I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. By messaging me, you are agreeing to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is only applicable if the commission experience is incredibly unpleasant due to your behaviour. Understand that I am a human first and an artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone treats me poorly. If I choose to take a penalising action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what led to the cancellation and any other action. As a protective measure, I will screenshot evidence and the courtesy message.}

COMMISSION PROCESS

The client will receive a sketch for corrections and approval. If the commission is a certain level of complexity, multiple sketches will be provided with different ideas for the client to choose for the final illustration.Full payment is made after the sketch is approved. I will only continue to work on the commission after receiving full payment. Payment plans must be discussed privately.The artwork should take a maximum of 3 months to be delivered - some commission types may have other specific turnaround times, please refer to the stated details. The client is free to ask for an estimation of when their commission might be finished. I do not work Sundays and as such will not be looking at my work emails or messages on this day.The client will be notified if the commission will take longer than expected to be delivered.
The client is free to request updates on the piece at any point during the process.The finished artwork will be in 300 dpi, saved as both PDF and PNG. It is delivered in a Google drive folder, along with any variations of the work, sent usually via private message or email.

PAYMENT

I accept payments through Paypal or Ko-fi in GBP (£).Full payment is made after the sketch is approved. I will only continue to work on the commission after receiving full payment. Payment plans must be discussed privately.Refunds will only be offered in the case of cancellation prior to completion. I will not accept requests for refunds after the drawing is finalised and delivered.
